01Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We may call to confirm your order before dispatch.
We may cancel orders with incorrect details, suspected misuse or pricing errors, and will let you know if we do.
02Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Payment is cash on delivery to the courier.
Delivery fees are shown at checkout and depend on whether you are inside or outside Dhaka.
03Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Please make sure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.
04Rewards
Earn 1 point for every ৳1,000 on delivered orders. Each point is worth ৳1 off.
You need at least 100 points to redeem, and you can use up to ৳300 per order. Points have no cash value and can't be transferred.
05Accounts
Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
06Intellectual property
All BLACK designs, logos, photos and content belong to BLACK and may not be used without permission.
07Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
