Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.

04Discounts and reward points
Refunds cover the amount you actually paid after discounts.
Reward points used on a cancelled order are returned to your balance. Points earned on returned items are removed.
05Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge before your order is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
