01Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest with cash on delivery. If you later create an account with the same email, your past orders show up in your dashboard automatically.
02How do I pay?
Cash on delivery only, for now. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives.
03How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–3 working days inside Dhaka and 3–5 working days outside Dhaka.
04Can I return or exchange?
Yes — see the Returns and Refunds pages for the full conditions, or contact us with your order number and we will walk you through it.
05How do rewards points work?
You earn 1 point for every ৳1,000 spent on delivered orders. Each point is worth ৳1 off, redeemable from 100 points up to a maximum of ৳300 off per order.
06When is the next drop?
The countdown on the home page shows the next drop date. Subscribe to the newsletter to be notified first.
