07Analytics and advertising
When enabled, we use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recordings) and Google Tag Manager to understand how the store is used, and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and TikTok Pixel to measure our ads and show relevant ads.
These tools receive the pages you visit, your device and browser details, and store actions such as adding to bag and completing an order with its value. We do not send your name, phone, email or address to them.
Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked first, and these tools stay off unless you accept. We keep a record of your choice (a random visitor ID, the choice, the notice version and the date). Visitors elsewhere can switch them off at any time.
