01Return window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
02Items we can't accept
Worn, washed, altered or damaged items, and items without original tags.
Sale items marked final sale and gift items, unless they arrive faulty.
03How to return
Email hello@blackbd.shop with your order number, the item and the reason.
We'll confirm and arrange pickup or share a drop-off address. Please keep the item packed until collected.
04Exchanges
Size exchanges depend on stock. If your size isn't available, we'll offer a refund instead.
Exchange delivery is free for faulty or incorrect items; otherwise the standard delivery fee applies.
05Faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll fix it at no cost.
