01Track or change an order
Signed-in customers can follow every order from the Orders page in their account, including status updates and delivery estimates.
Need to change the address or phone number? Contact us as soon as possible — once an order is handed to the courier we cannot edit it.
02Payment
We currently offer cash on delivery across Bangladesh. You pay the courier when your order arrives — no advance payment needed.
03Rewards & discounts
Every ৳1,000 spent on delivered orders earns 1 point, and 1 point is worth ৳1 off. You can redeem from 100 points, up to ৳300 off per order, at checkout.
04Account help
Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the sign-in page. Checked out as a guest? Create an account later with the same email and your past orders will appear in your dashboard.
